After you’ve made your payment, you should receive two emails – one from BMW Malaysia, and one from e-GHL with a transaction code. If you do not, please do reach out to BMW Customer Relations at or 1800 88 3000 for assistance.

Once you have completed the booking process, our BMW Sales Advisor will get in touch with you to finalise details on your selected exteriors and interiors, and ensure your BMW is customised to fit your selections on-site. Please note that exterior and interior options are subject to availability.

Yes, you will be charged a 2.5% cancellation fee from the booking fee collected.

Refunds for cancellations will take a minimum of 14 working days to process.

The price listed is the recommended retail price for West Malaysia. Note that prices differ for West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Langkawi. For further information, please contact your preferred BMW Authorised Dealer.

The online offers on this site are only applicable if you finance your vehicle with BMW Financial Services.

Yes. An entry will appear on your CCRIS file only once you have completed all the necessary forms and have submitted the application to us.

Your application will be valid for 30 days from the date stated in your conditional approval letter.

You may redeem your financing offer by presenting your conditional approval letter along with the required documents to a sales advisor at any BMW Authorised Dealerships nationwide.
